Hello All,

 

My missus is over in the U.K. on the 5yr spouse visa. We applied and received FLR last year. (All good)

 

Will have to apply for the ILR in a couple of years but can she take the Life in the U.K. Test now?

Is there any reason to wait until closer to the application?

There is not any reason to wait get it out the way now at present the is No expiry date to the life in the UK test certificate. I dout that will change in the future but there are not any guarantees on that.
