What is section 11 WP.3 ?

Hello,

       My company have successfully applied for WP.3 and i have received the letter two weeks ago. Then applied for the non b  visa. Now they have said i have to apply for section 11 within 30 days after successful receipt of  letter. Is it within 30 days of receipt of WP.3 letter by me here in my country or the date of issue of letter ? Does anyone have any idea about this.

It is section 11 of the working aliens act.

You have to meet the requirement of section 11 to complete your work permit application to have it issued. It would be done here at the labor ministry after you enter the country. The 30 days start from the date the WP3 was issued.
