BANGKOK: -- The travelling public were issued with a timely warning at Mor Chit bus station yesterday.

 

A drugs suppression association secretary warned members of the public not to look after bags for people they don't know, reported Daily News.

 

Sirinya Sithichai said that if people were found in possession of drugs they would face charges. He said that it was likely that agents and dealers would use the technique to transport drugs in the Songkran rush.

 

Sirinya and land department officials and police were out in force with sniffer dogs as the exodus from Bangkok continued Monday.
