Hi, Guys. I am one of the victims of CW Asset (Bangsare Bayview). As you probably know class action suits are allowed in Thailand. It means we can join all together and share the cost of bringing the lawsuit in criminal court. From what I know it looks like it is the only way of getting back at least part of our invested money. And joining our forces can be not only money saving but also increases our chances in court. As class action suits can be much more effective than individual ones. Also if you have any experience with suing CW Asset please share it. 

Good luck with that but I suspect that all the money is long gone. If there is any left then the lawyers will probably take it as fees. Such is the downside of off-plan purchase in Thailand.
