Free to view Thai TV on a Computer

This will have been asked before but I cannot find it.

I am looking for a simple internet method of getting a site/method, without set-top boxes/cables etc, to get the free to view Thai TV channels on my computer at home in CM.

Telephone line/Wifi only available in the premisses. (Basic TV reception is just not watch able here!)

Dual Thai/English would be great but Thai only sites would be acceptable! (With lots of cross talk between the two off us in that case!)

Any simple suggestions would be appreciated.

Everything on this thread seems to be geared towards overseas programmes rather than local content. Hence the questions
