Northshore Condominium In Pattaya

In looking for the best building in the best part of town on the beach with the best view in Pattaya seems like Northshore Condominium is the place . Does anyone have any thoughts on this ? Saw a place on the 28th floor and the view was great , seems like good security and could be a fun place to live. Walking distance to all kinds of places . Places in this building to rent right on the beach seem cheaper than places in Bangkok , and it is also a new building .

Also on beach road Pattaya soi 9 is a new project about one year away from finish is view talay 6, there are still units available to purchase and as the project is still underway the units will be much less in price than that of the Northshore.

It might be worth a look
