Looking For Partner

Hi,

I have a web application (SaaS) that will be subscription based and deals with teacher recruitment worldwide. 

My Thai wife and I live in Tokyo but we want to base the business and live in Bangkok.

I am looking for a partner who has business knowledge, is technically savvy, can market, has a decent understanding of recruitment and is able to offer ideas around educational systems.

Farang or Thai

I am not looking for any money.
