markt42
I have completed the online application form for a visitor visa for the UK, my payment is getting refused at the payment page saying insufficient funds or wrong card details. I have tried 4 different cards registered in Uk and Thailand and the same result. There is no way to contact VFS (which is crazy) so i wondered if anyone else has had this problem. I have called the banks who say the cards are fine and no payment was requested....any ideas?
theoldgit
I'm pretty sure that VFS don't actually process card payments, I believe they use World Pay.
markt42
yes you are correct, world pay cant help as they can only deal with their customers ie VFS. I am hoping its just a glitch that will be sorted out i was just wondering if anyone else had had this problem.

Tony M
Get someone else to try with their card. Anyone can pay the fee. You can then pay them back.
