This is specific to Banchang, or perhaps Rayong. Are there any reliable trustworthy car dealers where I could get financing on a second hand car. Looking in the 300,000 Baht range. I'm currently renting, but would prefer to buy. Thanks in advance.

many in the Banchang and Rayong areas,  drive around and walk in when you see one ....

Any of the roadside car sales places can arrange finance for you, but......you will need a Thai guarantor, and a raft of other paperwork!
