Streamlining KODI

Do you want to get the most out of Exodus on Kodi 17 Krypton?

This tutorial will show you how to 'Supercharge' your Exodus as well as Zen and Specto.

If you're having problems with loading providers, give this a try...it really works!

My sources now load in less than 15 seconds.

Great tip thanks!

I just got rid of my "non-performing providers" and my sources now load in 10 seconds for both Exodus and Specto.

Interesting. Would be nice if some of these videos gave some reasons for culling the providers they do. Hard in this case as he culls far more than he leaves in. What is interesting though is that at least 3 of those that he leaves in to make up his very small list are recommended for culling out on other sites e.g. YMovies, Watch Free and Pelsipedia.

I think I'm more in favour of the first video rather than the blitz everything as you might inadvertently chop a provider needlessly.

For these three Exodus, Zen and Specto, which share an engine, AutoPlay and the 10 Second Timeout are great.

That's what I did too.

My sources now load in 10-12 seconds.

That's a good tweak too, but I personally prefer to select my source provider... I always look for a GMOVIES source - they are always good quality.

Each to their own.

I think it depends on where you are and what providers work best at your locale.

For example what works for someone in Chiang Mai may not be the same as what works for me near Pattaya.

Indeed. Here in BKK DAYT is one of those that's always often holding the loads up for me.

I found the auto-play doesn't work well for me. I'll maybe give it another go but it didn't seem to play well with Trakt scrobbling. I have a feeling Kodi may have been playing up for me that time though as I find I got multiple TrakT scrobbling notifications, then Kodi stopped responding, then it crashed taking all my new provider settings down with it.
