The advice pic was prepared by a brain dead computer geek.... "Kasikorn service efficiency " is a complete oxymoron.... "Service is our heart" and similar "puffery" ignores the FACT that "we can not tell you by email because it breaches Privacy, telephone our Call Centre..."  When you play their game you call the Thai speaking telephone answering machine, eventually find the code for English speaking operator and then wait for the incessant voice message "All our operators are busy right now. Please hold or push 9 to return to the automated menu".... code for 'We don't have any English speaking staff here'... 

 

Jeez, am I ever glad that, after 30+ years a customer of Kasikorn, I found Citibank who, for a handful of millions on deposit, can't do enough to provide PROMPT service together with staff who speak great English, a sincere smile and a little initiative 

 

If Kasikornbank were honest their byline would be "Service deficiency"
