Shop sign price

i ve been looking for a sign maker for a shop signage in chiang mai. The one i found is willing to charge me 40 000 thb for a 1.6m x 4m "box sign" ie a metal framed box, translucid plexiglas colored sides with stickers on it and a few leds inside. That is the cheaper style, the price skyrocket to 80 000 as soon as you want letter channel sign with leds. This does not include installation (on the 3rd floor 8000THB cost) as well as graphic design (we design ourself). Now, i have absolutely no idea on how much this kind of stuff is costing both here and in my country and they know it. So my question is simple, is this price is normal price in chiang mai ? If anybody knows a shop in particular, feel free to post.
