App to move or transfer to another device.

Featured Replies

Anyone know or can recommend an android app to move an app and its entered info to another device ?

There are plenty of apps to just transfer the app but it doesnt move entered info with it, therefore you have to re-enter everything back into that app.when opened on the new device, which is a pain.

Thanks for any help.

On this ocassion no it doesnt work despite same email etc, hence the search.

Tried many but none seem to take the apps "data" with it.

What exactly the model? If Samsung they have Samsung smart switch which you need to install on the other phone. LG has LG backup.

Edit: SD card.
So you have tried moving the app to SD card.
Can you locate the folder where your data is stored?

As stated previously, I can move the app wherever you like, the problem is not the app its the data it contains, I have tried searching for a recognisable folder that might contain the data but no luck with that as there are hundreds and no obvious identity match.

Edit// Ok I ended up just re-entering the info. Wouldve been easier to be able to move app & associated data but seems thats not possible.

Thanks to those who tried to help.
