I am not in Thailand right now , work permitting should be there this fall, wife will certainly be.

We are planing to build as soon as I have time or can find a builder I can trust while I am not there, but the plans I have are in Thai.

Where  and how can I have the plans translated in English?

Our location in Thailand is Khon Kaen

I am surprised

Perhaps I am in the wrong section of the forum.

Some one must have purchased plans to build a house that were in Thai and wanted them translated so he/she could read them

I emailed the company that sold the to find out if they had an English version a couple of times and was willing to pay for them but never got a reply. I assume they don't have.

OP you say you e_mailed the company< well that my friend was a waste of time< most companies here never reply to e_mails in English .

The vast majority of the detail should be pretty obvious anyway (dimensions will be metric).

For the bits that you (or your wife) cannot interpret any translation agency should be able to mark up a set of drawings, for a fee of course.

If there's not too much post images of the relevant bits in the Thai Language forum.

Thank you all^^

Still and for reasons I dont want to go in to , I would like to have them translated.

I guess I would have to find an engineer who is English capable and have him translate them  of when i come to Thailand this fall perhaps find an architectural student with English skills to do it for me,

Though I would had liked to have done it before I come to do a bit of planning and be more ready to start fefore I come.  I really don't have a lot of free time lately.

I'll do them for you for B 100000, failing that, read Crossy's post again.

Makes good sense to me.
