I forgot to mention that this Mr. Lopez was not the CEO but "only" the chief purchasing manager. But still bad enough to drive down the quality of products to a level that was the laughing stock of the industry.

T5. They are not letting passengers in until 90 mins from departure, by the time passengers get to the front of the queue Check-In will be closed.
