PHUKET:-- Phuket Governor Norraphat Plodthong today (June 5) called for people to be more aware of their impact on the environment as part of World Environment Day 2017.

 

“Today is the day for us in Phuket to realise how to make the world clean together,” Governor Norraphat said.

 

He also urged people to help others to have a deeper understanding of their relationship with nature by supporting a “Connecting People to Nature” mindset.

 

“We must not drop litter on the ground and we must not pollute our water sources, such as canals, with wastewater,” he said.
