Cold brew (not regular iced) coffee in Thailand?

Is this a thing now in Thailand?

I noticed (and enjoyed) in the U.S. before but hadn't realized that it's become so big there now. 

So is this happening in Thailand?

If it hasn't become a thing here, why not?

Other than the expense of course.

Again, this is not the same thing at all as regular iced coffee.

Cold brewing is a different process and takes a LONG TIME.
