A combined force of over 100 soldiers, 191 Police patrolmen and volunteers last night rounded up 63 youths as they gathered to start street racing on the Phetchakasem road in Bang Khae.

Try and get them on a race track (controlled environment).

They can then find out how good they are (or not) -  because the bulls hit stops when the flag  drops!

Now crush all of their bikes/cars and take away driving licenses for twelve months.  No more slapped wrists and 300 baht into the coffee fund, Wake up, be hard.

Channel this need to race constructively by setting aside a motocross venue or a motor bike circuit and regulate it to maximize safety - get the parents involved - do something positive to help the youth instead of just pouring petrol on the fire by saying they are irresponsible

Authorities wake up and provide a positive experience for these youths
