Need to do visa run early Aug,Work permit expires early Oct,will i need to tenew work permit before i csn do visa run? I am non B. My wife non O.

You can get another single entry non-B without problem.
If you want a multiple entry non immigrant B, you can get it in Penang if you have eight months left on your WP.
