we hear it all the time: 'depends of the office...';

here is my experience to amplify that :

change of address number 1 , 6 years ago;

reported to the new imm office with documents, wife, for an 'interview'; woman officer, a colonel, couldnt speak the questions in english; so i had to help her ask the questions and then answer them (pretty useful, eh ?)

this time , one month ago, change of address number 2, different province; this time my wife and a witness went to the imm office WITHOUT ME; everything ok, i didnt go nor sign anything; i could have been a made-up person

not very similar, eh ?
