JaiMaai
Got up this morning and my Fibre Internet was basically unusable:- nothing loads and speedtest won't even run. Rebooted router and devices but no joy. All optical power figures etc look fine so it is connected. I'll wait and see if it's sorted itself out when I get home this evening before calling to cpmplain but just wondered if anyone else had any issues. elfpattaya
Yes, I had the same problems. Rang them, and they knew about it. It's OK now.

Pib
Two nights ago around 8:30am my AIS Fibre to Home went down. I knew the exact time as I had just been using it, went to take a pee, and when I got back I had no IP Address and looked at the clock. Went and looked at the router and the Loss of Signal (LOS) light was flashing red...when working normally the LOS is completely off. Rebooted router...still didn't help...waited about 15 minutes...still no incoming signal...called AIS....they said it was a problem for my entire area over here in western Bangkok as others had been calling in. About an hour later it was back up again and been fine since.

JaiMaai
So, approximately 1 month later and coincidentally the last Friday of the month I have the same issue. If this becomes a pattern I'm changing to 3BB.
