Public holidays around period of Royal Cremation

Hi, I just wanted to know if there are going to be nationwide public holidays around the days of the royal cremation this year?

 

I suppose bars/pubs/clubs will be closed and no alcohol served between Oct 25-29 plus a few days before and after?

 

How about public services and offices (such as land office, passport office and so on) - will they be closed, too?

 

Could anyone in the know please shed some light on this? Cheers.
