injured Street Dog .. where do they take them?

Featured Replies

I have been visiting a soi dog ... playing with him.  scratching him .. just giving him love, etc

But, he has disappeared.

I asked the lady nearby that with a food stall (who kind of took care of him) ... where did he go?

She said he got hit by a car (slight injury) and they took him to the hospital .. and that he has some sponsors that are helping with his bills ..

she did not know where the hospital was ... but said that after his care they might take him to Satihip to a place that cares for strays ..

I would like to go visit the dog/help with payment .. etc

does anyone know where this "hospital" for strays might be?

and/or .. the place in Satihip that he might end up at ?

thanks

Hey man, best bet is to go to the most nearby animal hospitals, show pic and if he has name too, usually they would be familiar with name+pic combo. Good luck , hope you find him and that he's in good shape :)

Shame on you.

If you want to give love to this dog take it home and take care of it.

Visiting it in the hospital?  Really!

Hopefully this cur is no longer bothering people and will be reincarnated at the next rung on the karmic ladder.

arrange for a visit with mr. ball peen , let him rest

Poor dog would NEVER have been injured if all those people, including the OP,  who pretended to care had really cared and given him a home. They are all part of the problem NOT the solution.

We dont know what load he already has, maybe newborn baby, or he has enough rescued animals already, lives in hotel, or in a condo that doesnt allow pets.

I think he cares , proof is he's posting in this thread. Sometimes best we can do is help them if see them in need, give food, water, love, etc.

LOL .. this is funny.  CRAZY how people ASSUME things.

I can not have pets at my housing development ... I do have a 200 gallon fish tank.

This dog lived by my wife's work place.

I saw him everyday ... He didn't like dog food and ate from the street carts.

He was an Australian Shepard.

Sad because you could tell he was someone's dog before.

I saw him every day ... and bought him many things he needed.

He is a BIG dog.  And, we hit it off right away.

He was always trying to ride on my motorbike when I drove away (he would never fit)  LOL

A really sweet dog.

So, for all you (-deleted-) that THINK they know anything about me or the dog can ... well .. you know .. bite me.

I have only been on this Thai Visa forum regularly for the last two days ..

and WOW ... what a bunch of self-righteous pugs some of you are are ... LOL

Its not always possible to give an unfortunate animal a home - and its extremely depressing that some posters come onto a thread (started by someone trying to do his best) just to vent their feelings about "curs"

It says a whole lot more about YOU - than the compassionate (look it up in a dictionary, as you clearly have no idea) OP.

Hi Dasterd,

I appreciate that you can use this forum to comment on the level of compassion of a total stranger you know nothing about.

That's just like your opinion man.

That says a lot about YOU.

I suggest you get some help for your depression.  That's just an opinion of mine.

And about my use of this forum to express my opinion on useless filthy vermin, that's what these forums is for ain't it.  Please block me and do not read my posts.

Also I await your postings of all you good works of compassion that don't make the daily news.

And after all,  well, that's just like my opinion man.

How about some compassion for all the people that get injured or killed by stray dogs in Thailand. How about some compassion for all the dogs that get injured or killed in road accidents.

If you really have compassion then you would do something about the problem not feed it.
