Hadrian1 Posted January 1, 2007 Share Posted January 1, 2007 I read on some forum that there was a Thai cooking school in Chiang Mai which was described as follows: "There is a large (probably run by some level of the government) vocational school in Chiang Mai that offers a 6 months training program for Thai chefs. When I looked into their program two years ago it was 30,000 baht for full-time tuition." That's it. There's no more info. natalie8 Posted January 20, 2007 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I'm not sure which one you mean, but I did one at the Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School in the week of New Years. My friends and I did a one day course and we met a girl who did the full 5 days. The one day course was around 900 baht. It was really well done.
