It will only have a maximum of 2 devices on it and will be separate from my main wireless network Any suggestions for a wireless router - doesn't need need to be particularly powerful, just reliable and easy to configure - I'd like to be able to set up a MAC whitelist so only the two devices in question can connect - also I'd prefer something that's not massively expensive Thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
KittenKong Posted July 19, 2017 Share Posted July 19, 2017 I would buy a used router of the type provided by most ISPs. You can probably get one for a couple of hundred Baht or even less. I threw an old 3BB one away a few months ago and that would have done what you want. Other suitable routers would be the ones with built-in ADSL modems which have largely been superseded by VDSL versions. Some of these are very powerful and very high quality, but many people simply dont want to use two boxes when one new one will do. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
