Unless / until they pass a law banning all religious racket, they should be subject to the same noise requirements as anyone else. If too loud then shut it down, regardless of religion, political leaning, protest target or ice-cream brand. Conversely, if it's within the lawful threshold of the time and place it's broadcast then it should be allowed. A secular state can not lawfully discriminate between different denominational dins. I would be in favour of such a ban, which would also no doubt lead to protests against Christmas songs being played loudly in department stores, so has multiple plus sides.
