Well-equipped Pharmacy in Bangkok? Need Aromasin (Exemestane) - aromatase inhibitor

Featured Replies

I have to use Aromasin (Exemestane) to combat too high estrogen levels that I get from my testosterone replacement therapy. Normally I buy this drug from the pharmacy opposite Chula hospital, that stocks most drugs, but it's out of stock at the moment. They said that they will maybe get more next month, but I need it before end of next week. None of the smaller pharmacies seem to stock it. I went to one big Chinese one on Sukhumvit and the guy offered me some underground lab stuff meant for bodybuilders. No thanks! good luck getting that reinbursed through insurance ;)

Can anyone recommend a well-equipped pharmacy in Bangkok to go and look for this drug?

Above is the distributor so calling them is probably your best information source.  An alternative brand is Exemestane Alvogen and their distributor is:

What's your E2?

If you are on trt because you have normally low Testosterone, then your e2 wouldn't rise as significantly as you suggest.

I'm not sure what pharmacy you are referring to on Sukhumvit? (Near soi 4?) Could you post what soi it is near for everyone's future reference?

But I was in the big pharmacy near Sukhumvit 15 last week and he had original Arimidex (4500 baht) and your original Aromasin (7500 baht)

i asked about generics and he said no. Prices are high but I was happy to get the Arimidex. I was stupid and forgot to ask for a discount. If happen to go there and he offers a discount please let us know...good luck.

I have low testosterone because I lost one testicle to cancer. My E2 levels were around 62 pg/ml before starting Aromasin. I had symptoms like fatigue and sore breasts. Now after eating Aromasin 12.5mg every other day, my E2 levels are around 20 pg/ml and I'm feeling much better. Actually I have read that quite a few people have issues with E2 from external testosterone. I'm not surprised it's a problem for me in particular, as I already had estrogen issues at puberty with quite a bad gynecomastia that had to be removed by surgery.

I think it was exactly that one near Sukhumvit 15. The guy offered me some dodgy tub labeled "global anabolics" (exemestane). He did say that he could order the original one, but quoted quite a high price and it would have taken a week. This was a while ago so maybe I'll visit again to check. I remember that at the pharmacy opposite Chula it was maybe 1000 baht cheaper than his quote.

I use liquid zinc which does a great job of keeping my estrogen low I also take DIM as well cannot remember last estrogen reading but it was in low range. I use Testosterone Replacement Therapy

moe666,

I looked around Bangkok for some DIM but could not find any. Can you say where you got that? TIA

Just got back from Europe and got some from there instead. The price difference is crazy, 100 x 25mg tablets for 1000 baht in Europe (scandinavian country) vs. 8000 baht for 25 x 25mg tablets in Thailand.
