Tida: No need to replace Jatuporn

 

 

Jatuporn Prompan will remain as chairman of the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) although he is now in prison, UDD chief adviser Tida Tawornseth said on Tuesday (July 25).

 

Speaking on Peace TV station, a UDD mouthpiece, Ms Tida said Jatuporn will not be replaced. The last time she visited him at the Bangkok Remand Prison, Jatuporn was still high-spirited, showing that he is a true freedom fighter.

UDD need to replace him at least until he is free. This is an critical time and they need all the leaders to prevent the military rape and dominance of Thailand. There are loose resistance groups but none has the organizational skill and support to deliver a strong message to the military that the people are not submissive anymore like in the past.

Can't see any other people who have any image. But then again the folks I listed have no good track record either.
