OMG, I am going to write something really bad here.  Understand that a 17 year old slipped his phone under the cubical of a 31 year old employee. 

 

Perhaps the whole thing was meant as a "prank" more than anything sexual? I do agree that it would be very bad taste, and needs to be dealt with. But this guy is still growing up, learning what is acceptable and what not. So perhaps some correction on from family level will be the best way of teaching him. 

As to the compensation paid, I don't think the the family is necessarily "hiso" rich. Could be that the father will make the son work for it.

 

Anyway, I am saying is let the kid grow up!
