Severance pay - time limit to file claim

Featured Replies

For friend, is there any time limit to file claim for unpaid severance, 2 years employment, work permit, everything according to book.  After 5 years can a claim be made?

Ask at the labour ministry offices and get a direct answer, they are generally very helpful. But take a Thai speaker with you.

That is obvious....don't waste people's time if you don't know!

So do you think TV is a legal service?

There are TV members who are quite knowledgable about such subjects, however would they know a specific and totally correct answer to '5 years ago'?

I also suggest to you beware of the armchair lawyer brigade who give answers which are their opinions and not necessarily a legally binding answer.

I notice nobody else has answered your post.

Thanks, I'll pass your helpful advice on!
