AUSTRALIAN chef Allain Homeshaw has been found dead in a guesthouse in Cambodia from an apparent drug overdose.

The discovery of Mr Homeshaw’s body in the coastal town of Sihanoukville comes just three days after he had an apparent falling out with a Cambodian friend.

On August 11, Mr Homeshaw, 40, wrote a cryptic post on Facebook that he was leaving the Cambodian capital for Sihanoukville after the falling out.

Mr Homeshaw had visited Cambodia more than once and had been friends with the Phnom Penh man for at least 18 months.
