The concept of "au pair" as known in Europe/US (including legalities) is not known in Thailand. You can hire a "house maid" with live-in privileges. Make sure she is not underage, for obvious reasons.

In countries where "au-pair" is practised and legally regulated, there are plenty of "Au-Pair-Agencies". This is where you should be searching. Search by country and , google " Au Pair". Easy.
