Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Getting very dizzy when turning head in bed in the mornings and wondered if there was any specific treatments in Thailand?  alternative med maybe?

Actually a friend of mine with this got great relief from a Shiatsu expert Trained in japan -- but that was in Phnom Penh.

Let me know if you have opportunity to go there and I will send you his address/phone. He solved her problem in a single session (treated with maniopulations and then taught he things ot do on her own daily. They seem to work, at least for her).

You might also google Epley and Semont maneuvers

Thank you Sheryl. I am doing the 'Epley Exercises' and have 'Colloidal Silver' arriving any day soon. The other thing I'm going to try is 'Inclined Bed Therapy'. Anyway very unpleasant and was hoping a member might say "oh there is a small Chinese Medicine shop and I got cured there"  lol

Not sure anyone is reading this but I've ordered one of these online called 'DizzyFix' and if anyone was interested I'll report back once I've tried it but if no response I'll assume no one else has BPPV  lol

Hi everyone.

I've been going through this for the last 2 years now and I moved to Phnom Penh few months ago.

Does anyone know someone in Phnom Penh/Bangkok/Vietnam that could help me?

Thank you.

Nagoya Shiatsu worked for a friend of mine

Sr 57 bet 310-322

tel (855) 012-276-068, (855) 096-677-0087

He did some sort of manipulations with her head & neck and taught her some manuevers to do n her own when it occurs.
