I'm 100m from the nearest office to handle my EOS as a parent.

Weather is sketchy at present and driving seems hazardous. I'm thinking we stay put in cemtre of prcocessing centre until we get this application completed.

Is it viable or should I allow more time and if so how much to get this sorted.

I have a pink Id with translated passport (mine) + name on tabien bahn or equivalent + 400k in a Thai bank for over 3 months.

That's it so what else do I need to get this sorted and a time line if possibble?

I'm 28 days from departure on my 60 day visa I could extend for 30 for 1900 baht if needed otherwise HK 3 days and back again.

I wanna sort this asap I'm up for agents etc but it needs to be done it's killing me having  to leave my young family and I'm yet to see a post containing the absolute definition of what to do.

Help

TIA

I assume you are asking about getting a one year extension of stay based upon being the parent of a Thai.

A are you the legal father of your child by way of marriage or legitimization of you parenthood?

You appear to be on a 60 day entry from a tourist visa. In order to apply for the one year extension you must have a non immigrant visa entry from a non-o visa issued by a embassy or consulate or a change of visa status to get the 90 day non immigrant visa entry done at immigration.

You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your child without being the legal father of you child. Your child will need to be with you to apply. You will need their birth certificate plus a copy and a copy of their house book registry.
