●พม is wrong.
In Thai language there are 2 Ps: 
the low P = พ, ภ
the high P = ผ 
You need the high P. The correct word is ผม, which has 2 meanings 
either hair [on head] 
or "I" as spoken by a male sayer.
Please note the ring of the letter, this needs a letter with the inside ring.
This พม doesn't mean anything. It could be a common name but I've never heard it in Thai language before.

●You used นึกว่า, IMHO, you'd better use คิดว่า instead. 
นึกว่า sounds [the sayer] might have pondered about something. 
While คิดว่า sounds [the sayer] has been thinking of something.

●เชิ่ญ is the typo.
The correct word is เชิญ, you don't need the small tick above.

●สือสาร is the typo.
On the contrary, you need the small tick above where you didn't have it.
The correct word is สื่อสาร.

●สือสารเป็นสำคัญ is grammatically wrong at 3 places.
1. I said สือสาร is the typo before.
2. You really need การสื่อสาร, which means a communication.
3. You translated important as สำคัญ correctly, but
in Thai, when a subject goes along with an adjective, we never translate verb to be as เป็น at all.
For instance: 
Communication is good. การสื่อสารดี
Communication is important. การสื่อสารสำคัญ  
The computer is important.  คอมพิวเตอร์สำคัญ

[See! No เป็น at all.]
Exception: we're able to translate verb to be as เป็น when followed by colours. But you have always to refer a colour with the word สี. 
Computer is red. คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นสีแดง

●Typo ผึก
ฝึก correct. This letter has the higher tail like a man raising a left hand.

●ผมก็ควรต้องทดสอบว่าเขียนถูกหรือไม่ แต่ไม่ทำเพราะอยากได้ความช่วยจากคุณ 
You've constructed this sentence understandably, but I wanted to know more whether:
You need a Thai writing test on the purpose of assuring youself that you're able to do it 
or,
You wanted to have your writing checked whether you've done it well.
Which one? Or else?

And
แต่ไม่ทำเพราะอยากได้ความช่วยจากคุณ makes 80% sense.
When you want to translate a help as a noun,

it must be only ความช่วยเหลือ [3 syllables]. 
ความช่วย [2 syllable] sounds strange.  

แต่ไม่ทำเพราะอยากได้ความช่วยเหลือจากคุณ makes total sense.

●Typo อังคฤษ 
อังกฤษ correct. 
Thai people in the old time, say 300-400 years ago heard "English" as ang-grid.
The scholars of that time government transliterated the 1st syllable simply,
but to the 2nd syllable with 2 special twists.
1. This letter "ฤ" itself has -ri sound,
2. plus the weird looking letter ษ as the stop consonant sounds d.
Please note, I said "d" sound, not "s" sound. 
Their objective was to nail อังกฤษ coming from the foreign word. That's why they have spelled it remarkably. 

Same reason when they heard "France" as fa-rang-sed, transliteration is ฝรั่งเศส.

Fa-rang word occurred from that point.

●แต่ห้ามแต่ภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น
I myself would say แต่ห้ามใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอย่างเดียว.
ใช้ means to use.
อย่าง means a type, a kind.
อย่างเดียว means only one kind, a single kind of.

ครูน้อยครับ เมื่ออ่านข้อความที่ผมเขียนแล้วคุณเห็นอย่างชัดได้ว่าสำเนียงผมไม่ถูก หากผมได้ทบทวนเองมา ผมก็หวังว่าจะแก้ไขได้บ้างแต่ผมอยากให้สมาชิกที่นี้เห็นได้ว่าจุดใหญ่เป็นการสื่อสาร ไม่ใช่การเขียนหรือการพูดอย่างเหมือนคนไทย ในตอนต้นกรณีมีคนเข้าใจแล้วจึงจะพอ คนที่เรียนภาษามีความคิดมากแต่ไม่มีภาษาพอสมควร ไม่เท่าที่ต้องการสำหรับสื่อความคิดนั้นแล้วให้คนไทยเข้าใจ แล้วก็เขาจึงต้องเปลียนใจ เปลียนเรื่องให้เป็นภาษาน้อยหรือง่ายกว่าก่อน  ผมหวังว่าเขาจะเห็นได้ว่าไม่ต้องอาย แม้ได้พูดผิดพลาดคนไทยอาจจะเข้าใจ  ผมเชือว่าทำอย่างนี้จะให้การคุยกับคนไทยอย่างสดวกสบายได้ 

 

ที่ผมเขียนแล้วใช้คำที่ผมคิดว่ามีนัยที่ผมต้องการแต่ยินดีที่เจอครูน้องที่ยอมช่วยเหลือได้
