    How about banning private cars parking on roads in Bang Lamung Except handicap signed, delivery trucks, songteaw and taxi. Or just do as every Major city in the world... Put up parking cost, hire 1000 people to enforce it. 20 min parking=10 baht, parking fine 500 baht. Pretty easy with a parking app, Thais love their apps.

    Government gave permission to sell in Pattaya city but not in Bang Lamung. Guess what.. Pattaya city is Bang Lamung. Thousands of tourist wandering around in closed walking street.
