For a year or so I've been struggling with an aircon unit in a room. It would always start dripping inside the room. I had a motorbike accident 6 and a half weeks ago where I landed on my shoulder. Went to a private hospital and there was only a general doctor available, who was completely useless. He just asked me to move my arm in certain positions then asked me if I wanted a shoulder xray, which I said yes. Nothing was broken, is what he said. Ive been waking up for years in the middle of the night and subsequently feel awful most mornings with memory issues etc. I decided to do a sleep analysis test After they strapped on many devices it was hard to get to sleep and I took half a new generation sleeping tablet called Dayvigo. They are based in the UK and market the device at £49.50p before shipping costs.
