There is an online demo where you can paste Thai text and get an mp3 file in a couple of seconds. You can also download the program to your computer here. The links work for me, but also intermittently timeout and I have to refresh a couple of times. Overall, fun but primitive. It's bad at non-dictionary words, and the speed is either too fast or too slow. Even on the second notch from the left it sounds like the speaker is talking to me like I'm a two-year-old who she suspects is mentally challenged!
