peter991
I just looked at it: Best I can work out OOL (Gold Coast) to BKK via KUL is $AUD237. The return leg of BKK to OOL via KUL is $AUD237. These fares INCLUDE ALL TAXES AND CHARGES. Return total = $AUD574. Those are the figures for November this year. Sorry, Richard Branston, I won't be using your promo fare because I have already paid with Singapore Airlines ($1105 for BNE-BKK-BNE) - but I will certainly look at your fares for early next year. The main benefit - apart from cheap - cheap - cheap - is planes fly from the Gold Coast, instead of Brisbane Airport. Melbourne people - you have JetStar; Perth people, you have Tiger Airways - thanks AirAsiaX for looking after us. Peter
Aussietraveller
Thankyou Air Asia. Finally an alternative, at a reasonable price. I paid A$1390 a month ago on QF, and had to go via Sydney. They will get my business next time i fly back to Australia.
david96
Was that for a 35 day or a 90 day ticket $1390 it is a realistic price and compares with the CPA flight to Bangkok via Hongkong.

stevenjm
BTW - Branson is only %20 Airasia X Peter991 237 + 237 = 474 not 574. That means AUD $474 return Edited September 29, 2007 by stevenjm
david96
http://www.airasia.com/site/au/en/page.jsp...ence=airasiatnc Would advise potential travellers to read the conditions of carriage especially Articles 5 and 6.
