astral Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 Don't despair. As The Vulcan says the shot was natural light and considering the long exposure 1/8th F3.5 it is very good. A little tweak of the exposure on the computer produced this. The grain gives is a special texture, which I like. With flash you would have lost that. MrSquigle Posted December 28, 2007 Author Share Posted December 28, 2007 Exactly, I did not want the flash exposure, I wanted the light from a fire reflecting on his face....the thing is he cannot sit still and I do not know how it came out so steady at such a quick shot....I have no real idea what the camera setting was on, but it caught it just right.
