Can I Get A Multi Entry Visa When I Go To School Just To Learn Thai

Featured Replies

hello i'm belgium and only 27 so i can not get a multi entry visa for thailand.

but i learn iff i should go to school in thailand i can get one.

now the question iff i just go to a thai school to learn thai would that be enough to get the multi entry visa i really want to have.

thnx

It depends on the embassy. Better call them. They are polite and helpful, but not very flexible.

If you get a single entry visa (non-immigrant-O-ED) you can extend it over here in Thailand if your school is recognized by the ministry of education in Thailand.

You would need a letter of your school to get the visa in Belgium. Most school only provide such a letter if you per for a certain period in advance.

If you enter the country on a tourist visa you've to leave and go to an embassy abroad to change your visa type (apply for a non-immigrant O-ED visa). So, better try to arrange it in Belgium.

PS. you would really need to study in the school, only use the school to get the visa might get you into trouble.
