I'm guessing that once the novelty wears off prices will drop a lot. In USA states where it is legal, they have many specials and lowered prices especially for product that hasn't sold that well. I think most of this 600-800 a gram weed will fall 50% in price within a few months. I have already seen discounts offered if you buy more that one gram.

You're 100% correct except that most Gov't agencies don't talk to each other.

The problem with 'leverage' is not how the customers use it But what the exchange itself does with your deposited assets and how they use them to earn returns. Just my opinion.

Many Thais don't realize that gold is priced in USD and that exchange rate has a lot to do with the daily gold price movements.

I am guessing that Gold will go down more or trade sideways for awhile. As all markets, Gold is highly manipulated. I read that is cost around $1,000-$1,200 and ounce to get the gold out of the ground. As with all manipulated markets, true cost and fundamentals have little meaning.

Stocks have also been going down. Farmland is not very liquid sometimes. It's all a big casino. Good Luck to us all.

Update: Friday @ 6:30pm....I had appointments with 2 different people over the past 3 days. No one showed up and neither man bothered to call to let me know they would not be coming. Even when I wrote to them on Line/Facebook, they still didn't reply back. Even stranger, the last handyman wrote first to me after seeing my thread and offered his services. I guess no one needs work or money here. Hopefully, someone will give me another handyman to try. Thanks
