  1. I just got a colonoscopy, with polyp bioscopy, for 20K total. Price seems good to me. It was a promotion. Good service.
  2. I keep my bread in the freezer and it stays good for a very long time. Easy to toast or let warm up on the counter.
  3. Not related but maybe a point of interest to some people. I just put in my first claim with Cigna and was approved quickly. The money was deposited into my USA bank within 24 hours of me filing the claim. I decided to pay cash for the colonoscopy and file the claim for reimbursement. They paid 100%. You have a choice and can get the payment sent to any bank.
  4. When I checked that out, it was lower but not that much. The total payout/coverage is much lower, and I believe it said that you don't get a private room. That was the deal breaker for me. Maybe details have changed as that was over one year ago.
  5. Cigna gave me a 10% discount for paying one time, in full. Last year, I took the 4% discount for quarterly payments. They bill in dollars so depending on what currency you pay in, the exchange rate also can be a factor.
  6. I am doing the procedure Sunday afternoon.
  7. Some promotions say, 'no insurance'. Not sure about this one...I will pay cash and then submit the bill to my insurance for reimbursement.
  8. Impressive training and work experience, in the USA. Google her if you want more info about her.

  12. I am 71 and my hair is thinning out like crazy. Losing hair regularly. My question is does this stuff really work and what are the common side effects? I am healthy on no medications. I was wondering if this is something worth trying or just accept the hair loss as normal aging.
  13. What would happen if you were unconscious or unable to remember your ATM pin #? You might have lots of money available in your bank but what would the hospital do if you were physically unable to access your bank card money?
  14. I remember that 120/80 was a good number. Now, maybe not so good?
  15. This info is from the Microsoft co-pilot AI. I personally don't think much of this AI. "Retail prices for Brilinta in Thailand typically range from 3,500 to 5,500 THB per box of 60 tablets, depending on the pharmacy and location"...
  16. I live in Pattaya and bought a strip of 81mg aspirin at the first pharmacy I tried. I don't remember the price but it wasn't expensive. I don't use it, but I had read that it is good to have available in case of a heart attack. I read that you should chew 4 of those small tablets as a blood thinner while waiting for the ambulance to arrive.
  17. You could get a urine test. If it shows white or red blood cells in your urine, then there is a good chance you might have an infection. Best to check with a doctor.
  18. She has a small thread about her. Sounds very good. I will contact her and see if an afternoon appt. is possible. Thanks again.
  19. I was immediately offered a next day afternoon appointment with this other BPH doctor, Dr. Kittikhun, dermatologist. I didn't know if that was a good sign that he was immediately available.
  20. Thanks. The first available appointment was Sept. 17, as the hospital told me she was away during the summer. They did offer me an afternoon appt. with another male dermatologist but I have read many good things about her, so I decided to wait to see her.
  21. Just for a general skin check up. I have never had one. I have 2 things that I will ask her about, but I am relatively sure there are eczema, as I have had this all my life. Thanks, but I live in Pattaya, and I don't think it's anything worth going to Bangkok for.
  22. I am trying to get an afternoon appointment to see her But the hospital tells me that she is only there 1 day a week from 8am-12. I was wondering if she has a clinic somewhere in Pattaya. Does anyone have any information about what clinic or other hospital she might work at during the afternoon? Thanks for any help or info.
  23. Be careful, as the pills I see in Thailand are sometimes 50mg. That's Way too strong. Even 25mg is strong. I recommend you cut them into pieces and try 10-15mg first. It should work and you will be much less groggy in the morning. Try to use them only a few times a week. alternating days to avoid building up a tolerance.
  24. Isn't that similar to the date rape drug? Knocks you out ?
  25. The Magnesium Glycinate capsule was 200mg.
