Why? I just recently switched Phones (because my old phone was broken (wouldn't start) and I could install the the BBL App on the new phone and afterwards could delete the OLD phone from within the BBL app (located under device management)

Oooh I completely forgot. They are building on the right hand side of the Buriram Satuek Airport a whole NEW terminal building. And according to the staff at the airport it's going to be a terminal for International flights.

Wise, lousy service
MJCM replied to luckyblock token's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Mine recently SWIFT (Home Country Bank to Thai Bank) took 2 hours, but costs were 9 Euros for my Home Country bank 515 THB for Thai Bank (when they say it's max 500 THB) and TT Rate much worse then Wise!. -
Wise, lousy service

AFAIK, it's because Wise has to do more checks about the origin of Money because rules set by BOT (Bank of Thailand). Sometimes amounts arrive in seconds, but sometimes (even for low amounts (50k)) it took one time over 5 days (and NO no bank holidays) -
Re: Google Authenticator 1. Open Authenticator then tap the three-dot menu icon followed by Export accounts. 2. Select Export accounts and enter your PIN code when prompted. 3. Pick the accounts you want to transfer then tap Export Accounts. On your new phone 1. Open Authenticator, tap Get Started, 2. Tap Import existing accounts? located at the bottom of the screen. 3. Select Scan QR code and scan the Qr Codes your OLD phone is showing

You are completely right. The last time I flew was before Covid started and last Tuesday was surprised that they put the food that was ordered in the overhead locker. But the plane beats the car any day (for these distances). Left home at 11am and were in DMK at 13:50. (Scheduled arrival was 14:05) and were at the daughters house at 15:00 (most of the time spend was waiting around) With the Car, we left yesterday just before 9am and were home just after 15:30. When we fly back home from DMK, we will send the luggage with Kerry to our House and just use Carry-on to avoid the queue's at DMK. Daughter checked with Kerry and it's in between 500 - 1000 THB to send the suitcase

Update: I went to the airport and asked several staff (and even the supervisor) of Airasia for a working phone number, but they wouldn't give it, they said "you talk online to the chat-bot" and when I said it doesn't work they just smiled. Was supposed to be in BKK for a few days but due to an emergency drove back yesterday morning. Ps: The supervisor at the Airport warned me that even for domestic flights from DMK get there real early (he advised us 3 hours before) IF YOU HAVE LUGGAGE TO CHECK-IN. If you only have Carry-on then no need.

BBL and SCB apps both work for me, transferred some money to both accounts and both arrived instant! -

My wife walks slower then me but that is ONLY because she needs a Knee operation but she is not doing the operation. So I walk the same speed as her.

Doubt that the wife will approve she is going with me ????

I was trying to call Airasia not the airport, but as I can't get through to AirAsia and their chat-bot is useless I thought of trying to call the airport and they could patch me through. But apparently no working Phones at the Airport

I had @kamalabob2 drive to the airport! Problem solved!

My wife's daughter uses them to send stuff to her clients but she only uses them because they are cheap. But I told her, if you send stuff to us, USE Kerry and not J&T or any other! We received a package from her in BKK and she send it with Kerry early afternoon Friday. Arrived at around noon on Saturday. That is absolutely good!!

Domestic Airline Travel must you do Online Check-in or not?
MJCM replied to MJCM's topic in Thailand Travel Forum
Thx, but my question was -
All our cables / Water are directly alongside our wall and I told everyone that they are able to dig anywhere but NOT approx 50cm from all the walls on the property. Everyone understood. But a couple days later my ..... BIL hit the HDPE conduit when doing digging. Fortunately he didn't hit the electric cable (25mm2 NYY) coming from the PEA Meter to the house!! On asking, why he dug there? He said ooh I forgot ????

It's loaded on my phone that is how I booked our tickets, but can't see any option to chat to a real person only that ................................. Ava
-
Thx @Jai Dee I will try to have the BIL drive to airport tmrw (he is closer to there than we are) and go and ask. We fly on Tuesday!
-
Thx. But that is one thing I don't have. I have Line/Whatsapp but refuse to use F.... book. It's even blocked in my router, so people coming to visit stop using my wifi because they can't access F.... Book
-
Thx but that is the (02) number i called but when called you get a automated message that says "Go online and talk to the chatbot) Look here (this how I found that number) Will try to email them, but don't have a lot of faith in that as well. Ultimate solution is to drive to the airport before I am due to fly but that is a 100km round trip
