Given your admission of ignorance & lack of palate sensitivity, your fool proof method would most likely yield the same results regardless......... That said I like your spirited approach, pot luck be thy companion

Due to taxation - drinking wine is taxed higher, also the fruit wine loophole is disappearing

Amanpuri Trisara Anantara Budget & location dependent

I actually met this guy, he is a character - I think he may have actually passed away

Ive done this (many) multiple times, cooking salmon (100's of kg at a time) in advance & serving the next day or even 36 hrs later - again these cold cabinets & rooms we call refrigerators are amazing.
-
ive made it successfully into my 4th decade (eating salmon consistently) and cooked (probably) close multiple tons of salmon with zero deaths I must be the luckiest bloke alive........

Why? Total nonsense, you can very easily store for multiple days fresh & cooked
-
Cooked will be fine for 2-3 days without any issues Not all fresh salmon has been de-frosted, fresh is flown in weekly - I buy (literally) tons per year Yes the prices have gone up recently - try to use the stuff from Aus thats widely available in Macro, I personally know the importer and its good stuff

Device to check cholesterol at home in Bangkok
eezergood replied to omnipresent's topic in Health and Medicine
Aside from my previous hilarious comment, I would question the validity of the results - if cholesterol levels (more on that) are of concern, I would not wish to trust an all singing all dancing piece of $15 dollar machinery. I would also add that this will probably (at best) only be able to detect total cholesterol - which has limited value and would very likely be easily skewed if not in a fasted state etc...... -

I have some oil of the snake that you can use to expedite these results -
Type 2 we can assume?

yet you want to avoid ketones in your system due to concerns from Ketoacidosis ? which is a (small but real) concern if your blood sugar levels are not under control.
-
Thanks - was late back to the discussion, but yes what you said. I would simply knock out the cornflakes & yoghurt and replace with "real food" - again protein and fat, eggs maybe a few times a week and start walking.
-
You come for advice, yet actively seek to just disprove the advice given. Also you have cherry picked parts of the whole article - your diet is less than ideal
-
Can be done in any lab - very readily available

even ebay for small orders works fine
-
I would substitute some of those carbs (read higher sugar foods) for a protein and or fat - you seem to have very little in the way of either from this summary glance at your diet Try a piece or meat/ fish in the evening, if not viable ensure your fruits are VERY high fibre and your yoghurt is not the low fat sugar loaded <deleted> found in the 7-11 Also stay away from Soy (not soya BTW) milk as it is nutritionally garbage -

question re nutritional labels on products

The RDA will vary according to the total cals - this is clearly based on 2000 cals as a daily target. Which piece of the nutritional information in particular are you interested in? -
