Not so sure that's as true as it once was, the very first gen was poor - the newer models seem to be ticking along nicely. The issue of parts availability is hitting all manufacturers, in fact one of the Ford dealers here in Phuket is notorious for having zero stock of consumables - filters, plus etc.....

My father has the same issues with his epilepsy medication & the huge strain this has out on his liver essentially leading him to non alcoholic fatty liver like symptoms. Hope you can get things sorted, remember test is readily available here so the travelling thing is less of an issue

The nebido injections seem to be problematic with their release - yes the half life is 90 days, but this is calculated on ONLY the very first injection and no subsequent injections and on a very limited number of test subjects. So you may well have accumulated nebido still in your system. I would look to a faster acting ester, unless injections are an issue for you? as under normal circumstances a AI would or should not be needed for TRT/HRT. Again some people are HIGHLY sensitive.

Sorry so late to the party - Gels, you are probably sweating a whole lot more here so losses are going to be high. You can get all of your previous meds over the counter here, so.......... Also as you mentioned that T level is VERY high, where did you apply the gel and where was the blood take from? potential contaminated shot?

Or you can also treat with raw garlic - simply rub over the infection in ADDITION to the meds prescribed.

This study says that some people (non deficient in Vit C) burned up to 30% more fat WHEN compared to those with a Vic C deficiency - when ALL OTHER THINGS are equal and in line WHEN doing exercise. Focussing on one micro nutrient is not helpful for 99.9999% of the population, as most will latch onto this one tidbit, fix that issue and expect miracles. Any one can take a few Vit C tablets & correct a deficiency.

Yes it does & normally only for a few hrs - its bearable & I have other "solutions" I would definitely have a 2nd car as a PHEV or electric, but it requires one being organised & with kids thats not always possible.

Electricity is charged on a sliding scale based on consumption - the more you use, the more it costs. Also the grid is not stable in all areas of the country.....
