It is amazing with expats reporting every 90 days and the ton of paper work they do, yet am not sure if they check their records to see who has not reported, you would think in this modern day of IT software their system would ping a flag to say xyz has not reported and they would go check on them. I found exercise helped, swim three times a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I do 12 laps each time, not much but it helps, have to push myself at first to go but the routine and exercise helps. Also friends, having a meet up for lunch or coffee once a week helps.
