We were in Songkhla recently on holiday, loved the city being right on the beach, old town was great, food excellent. Hat Yai we liked as well, good markets, shops, food. Wife would like to move there to live, but a holiday is very differant from living there. We are in Chumphon which is nice and relaxed but lacks good shopping.

Looking for a private school that has classes that offer English curriculum ideally with western teachers. Our daughter goes to a private school which has thai teachers and curriculum plus English classes (Western qualified teachers), a very good school. Am looking at what options there are in Songkhla or Hat Yai as we were there recently and impressed with the provence.

Anyone know of private schools in Songkhla or Hat Yai they can recommend. This is for a 5 year old

If you look at the history of measles pre vaccine you will see it was common for children in their millions around the world to catch the virus. If you also look at what can happen when you have the measles, potential blindness, vomiting, potential brain damage etc.. You may say side effects and deaths were low, I do not know the numbers. The question is, what would you choose for your child, vaccine or take a chance? The vaccine has been around since the early 60s, used world wide, that in it self is a good safety studies in it self aside from the original safety tests.
