    Looking at the "strong waves"....seems like a pond to me! Anyway....why would anyone swim in the sea at Pattaya.....if nothing else, the pollution would likely affect you!

    I always enjoy Thai food...no matter the dish.....however, I can only detect slight differences between supposedly "best" restaurants and ordinary suburban venues....

    Maybe a reduction in Thailand' exorbitant import duties for one.....a FTA should really eradicate these duties....but here, import taxes are a major revenue source.

    An FTA" will never eventuate while Thailand continues with the exorbitant import tax rates. How can any business compete with duties up to and above 105% on so many goods?

    Never raise your voice or display "embarrassing" actions, toward a member of the "sacred institution" namely, the RTA. I'm sure Prayut would like to have seen a much more severe response from his guards though.

    Many "polls" conducted, must reflect the governments position.....this poll is one of them! Thais love gambling....love drinking....almost all men in the provinces smoke....and growing weed is the new crop!

    There really is no Hua Hin treatment farm.....and I'm not sure if there are any in Thailand...this is the solution in this instance...hardly what one would call a modern sewage treatment station! Sewage and stormwater are treated as the same here!

    Great reputation for Thailand, and particularly, Chiang Mai..now named the most polluted city in the world (hard to believe...but who am I)..how will TAT butter this up?

    Anywhere along the roadways is a rubbish dump......toxic or otherwise, people just dump anywhere!

    I think the extent of the massive corruption of the BTS rail system, over the past years would be mind boggling! Just one line alone has accusations of Thb 30B being skimmed off!...Then of course, there's the MRT.....

    18 coups later, and the country is mired in massive corruption scandals.....more than at any time in the past. It would be naive to state that there will be no further coup action by the military...as Prayut and Prawit have both bleated out loud.....

    Motor bike riders in Thailand are hopeless....not all of course, but what we see daily, everywhere, is that they should never be allowed on roads. It's as if they're blind! The cops as usual, don't care.
