I would buy Ford or Mazda. Cheaper to buy, parts cheaper, and better service engine wise. My first Ford 400,000 kms no engine issues. Now on my second Ford 260.000 kms no engine issues.

IMHO opinion I would never get cosmetic surgery anywhere in the world unless I had major issues from a car accident or something. Remember that Hip Hop artist Kayne West. He mother died after cosmetic surgery from heart disease but the surgery is thought to have increased the risk. The major point is no matter how small, surgery can cause problems.

I also understand my sex appeal is in my pocket anyway so cosmetic stuff would make little difference in that area of my life.

Remember 1997, many condos new never lived in selling for 25% of the first asking price. Mine was priced at B1,999,000 when it was B25 to $1. I bought at B960,000 when it was over B50 to $1.

There were and are many condos in Thailand, and other countries in Asia to be fair, that were never finished, finished months/years late, and not finished to the same standard as promised. I would recommend only buying a finished condo or at least near finished where I could monitor the progress. Buyer beware.
